Week 8. "Socialology of Everyday life"
"Every successful indoor space provides food". Do you agree?
I agree with this statement. I think the successful indoor space has food, at least drinks. Currently, only non-alcoholic beverages are allowed in movie theaters and baseball stadiums due to Corona, which often avoids the use of these facilities.
"Shops are important for liveliness and the additional pedestrian flows they attract." Can we think of places that should have more stores? Would the campus be better if it had more shopping places?
I don't think it would be good if there were more places to shop on campus. If the floating population increases on campus, it will be more complicated and difficult to use. I think it would be nice to have a store near the museum because there are no other stores near the museum, so I have felt uncomfortable many times.
Try to come up with at least one idea on how to make this buildings and its surroundings more friendly.
A way to make buildings and surroundings more friendly is to plant flowers or trees to make them feel like they are with nature. There are times when I feel a hard atmosphere in a building-only place, making me feel heterogeneous and alone. However, when the natural environment is established, a soft, gentle, friendly image is created.
Which subway stations are good? Which are bad? Why?
I've never thought of a good station, but I've thought of a bad one. I think Sindorim station is bad. This is a transfer station, so I go there when I have to transfer, and I often feel complicated and unorganized whenever I use it. It can be seen as a feature of all transit stations, but I think it is especially so.
